Timeframe for replacement phone.

Hi fellow community members.

I've just used my sky device protect for the first time as I've lost my phone. Paid the excess and was told some other company would contact via email regarding delivery. I am unsure which company was mentioned and now I'm worried. I'm wondering if anyone knows roughly how long the timeframe will be to receive the replacement phone.

Thanks guys 🙂

@Shields21 All you could do is contact Sky protect again i'm guessing as it was your phone it would be D& G whom you orininally spoke to as it is them that provides Sky protect device insurance

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
