The record part on the doorbell has stopped recording can you help

The video doorbell has stopped recording it's working but not recording any images. I took it off and charged it for the second time and it was fine. The first time, but when I put it back the second time it's not recording I've looked all through my phone through all the app, I cannot figure out why it's not recording can you help

A few things to try. When charging the video doorbell, charge it from the chime using the supplied usb cable and let it charge overnight or for a good 8 hours for a full charge. In the app, select the video doorbell and try rebooting it. Also, when doing a charge, turn the doorbell off for ten minutes using the switch below the usb connector, turn back on and then charge, as above..
