The video doorbell has stopped recording it's working but not recording any images. I took it off and charged it for the second time and it was fine. The first time, but when I put it back the second time it's not recording I've looked all through my phone through all the app, I cannot figure out why it's not recording can you help

When charging the video doorbell, charge it from the chime using the supplied usb cable and let it charge overnight or for a good 8 hours for a full charge.
In the app, select the video doorbell and try rebooting it.
Also, when doing a charge, turn the doorbell off for ten minutes using the switch below the usb connector, turn back on and then charge, as above..
