The door dell I got I the tech bundle from sky home lnsirance will not charge it has charged twice t

I can't give you any more information that I already have the door bell will not charge even though it's charged up twice before it's a bad do if that's all I get out of it

Thank so much it is the first time I've had to charge it myself and didn't know about the little switch

This has worked for others in the past;

 

Try turning the doorbell off, via the switch next to the usb socket under the flap at the back.

Leave off for at least ten minutes.

Turn the doorbell back on and straight away using the supplied usb cable connected to the chime, charge the doorbell for at least 8 hours or overnight.
