Temperature when house is empty

Hi, I wanted to look through the policy I bought a few weeks ago - but only takes effect on 11th - to find out if there is a set temperature we have to leave the heating on at when we go away for a few weeks. My policy is not showing on the sky website or app. Maybe it will on the 11th but need to know by tomorrow. No help from the help bot. Can anyone advise please on both the temperature and viewing the policy? Thanks

The generic policy document is here:

I'd observe it does contain the advice:

Leave the heating on a minimum of 15°C to reduce the risk of pipes bursting

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
