Switching credit said that they will reimburse a cancellation fee that I've encountered with policy expert. I have sent endless emails plus post the documents to switching credit. This has been going on for 2 weeks. The replies to my endless email are asking me for the same information which I keep sending to sky. The cancellation fee is £25. Why is Sky making it difficult for customers to get the cancellation fee reimbursed??

There is an email address and a postal address on the page.
There also appear to be multiple caveats on the offer.
