My laptop has been insured with sky protect, it is now 9 years old and is reaching the end of it's time. It has been getting slower and slower, but it is currently still usable but not in reality when it is this slow for my work and studies. Is it likely the laptop will be replaced or that it will continue to be repaired until it is on it's last legs?
