Sky video door bell doesn't switch on

Hi

I have managed to get the chime and camera working, but the video door bell won't even switch on even after a five hour charge. Can help..?

Try turning the switch off under the flap, while the doorbell is disconnected and leave off for ten minutes. Then turn on and recharge using the supplied usb cable via the chime usb port.
Let it charge overnight or charge for at least 8 hours.
While charging, the blue and yellow light on the doorbell will flash, It will be a solid light when charged,
