I have noticed today via my bank statement that I have payed £9 for sky protect I have not agreed to this and not sure what it is I would like you to cancel it please. Also I would like to downgrade if that is possible.

Protect is an insurance plan, have you not taken this out?
You'll need to contact customer services to solve this - scroll down to cancel plan to get the phone number

Did you perhaps accept an offer for 'extra cover', 'device protection', 'repair guarantee' or 'extended warranty'?
