I have no idea where is the plan number of my home insurance to set up the account.
The format of policy number was not correct at all (8 numbers, no character).
Without it being set up it even cannot login properly and redo the process, and wasted my email address for the account and there is no way to contact online.
How can I set up my account, I would just like to change my direct debit instruction. Why making things such unimaginably difficult.
