Sky protect - new builds.

I live in a new build home and have been declined Sky Protect. Anyone know why they don’t accept neW builds. My credit history and claim history is excellent. Thank you

Zurich (not Sky) can decline for any number of reasons: one such reason might be that the location has no history at all and so their actuarial models don't work..
