Sky protect home insurance
Cannot get a quote on sky protect home insurance for my house.
However same details on next doors house enables me to get a quote.
Anyone know why this is? Can houses be blacklisted or something of that sort?

Yes: the insurance industry shares claims details between its members and an address with, for example, a high instance of incidents could be regarded less favourably for future cover.

Re: Sky protect home insurance
I've had this house for over 10 years not had one claim made in that time. No serious issues with the building whatsoever.
Is there anyway to get this issue resolved? The advisors don't have much to give a way so not sure where I can go from there.

Probably not: the actual underwriter is Zurich, and 'Sky' people probably don't have any view into their systems (not that underwriters have to give a reason anyway)
