Sky protect customer support number not working!

Sky protect customer support number not working! The IVR does not accept any option that is being punched in on the phone and keeps repeating the welcome message. Its been this way for over 2 days now.

The numberI have been given to cancel my sky protect home insurance is not working, I want to cancel and return package

It has been reporetd to Sky that this number is not responding.
Try the number again later.

Hi, I am using a Samsung S10 mobile phone to call. I have successfully called them last month in the same way, it's just not working now

Still not working, tried on three different phones. They must realise that its not working as they won't be getting any calls

It's still the same. I've been trying for two days. Need to change my direct debit details and worried my insurance is going to be invalid.

I am trying to cancel my Sky Protect home insurnace within the cooling period and the number on the website doesn't work and the line just cuts off. I really need to cancel this as I am no longer living in the property and don't need the insurance- incredibly frustrating and not the service i expect

Sky are aware of the issues with the phone number as they believe it is certain phones that are having the issue so do you have a different phone, landline or mobile you could use to call them via instead ?

Might be worth trying the Sky Protect app and using the messaging service there in the meantime to contact the Sky Protect team.

I have tried using two different mobiles and a house phone, so can't see how three different phones would have the same issue, surely it is an issue your end. This doesn't instill much confidence in using Sky Protect for our insurance, I just want to ask a question. I tried the chat bot and it couldn't help? Is there another way to make contact then?
