Mine is doing exactly the same. I’ve been on to support and all the things they suggested did not work.
One thing I have noted is that if I populate the wifi network details with simple false letters/numbers then the code actually scans and takes me to the next step. Obviously it then can't find any network as the details were false.
Using the correct details it does not scan. Our network name and password are quite long and I'm thinking has that made the QR code more complex and difficult for the camera to scan?
Perhaps it was a fluke and the only times it's scanned is when I've put in any old details but just seems a little coincidental.
