Sky protect app problems

After charging my video doorbell and putting it back have found that it doesn't warn me that someone is approaching door. It records but I am getting no audible alarm on my iPhone which I was getting before can someone tell me what I am doing wrong

@Drse when you are in the app click on the video doorbell then click on the cogwheel at the top right hand corner 

under video doorbell settings click on the cime sounds and chech motion detection is turned on if it is check that the volume is turned on

I had to remove videodoor bell from app and chime and start again. Trouble was it took about four times and suddenly it worked. A bit worried when I have to take it down to charge it might happen again
