Sky protect app keeps logging me out

i I have a very poor phone signal in village  untill conected  to the WiFi at home

any solutions

sytem  does not work when your not logged in, no notifications

Me too but not my husband- even though I am the primary user and have a newer I- phone

Same for me. Constantly wondering why I have no push notifications, until I go to the app to find I'm logged out...AGAIN.  this has been constant for nearly a year

@medy2kx  I have seen that the app does periodically does log you out. But if you do see no notifications then that would be an indication of being logged out.

The solution for me was turning off auto arming and going to manual arming.

i think it's because auto arming is constantly using the phone and location services. Were I live has a very poor phone signal  and it essentially logs you out when the phone loses the signal.

Now I arm while on drive, and it works fine.

Although clearly you can't get notifications with no phone signal!
