My cover started on 21st December. Kit has arrived but I cannot log onto the sky protect app. I cannot install as per the instructions.
surely there will be compensation due if my house is not covered due to an error at your end. My iPhone is up to date and using my sky login.
Please help!!!

You will have to report this probem with your account to the Sky protect team via a call to Sky.
