Hi,

I've set the App up to auto arm but this doesn't seem to work. I have followed the instructions about making sure the app is optimised but it will not arm. Any help appreciated.

You could try the live chat on the Sky Protect app.

Thanks, I have clicked on the live chat and all it does is send me to search for help page.

It might be that the chat is only available during certain working hours like 9 to 5 or something similar so perhaps try again tomorrow if you can,
