im a new customer to Sky Protect and have received the tech bundle. Have tried to login but get the following error:
Any ideas please?

I am also a new customer to Sky Protect and have received the tech bundle. Have tried to login but get the following error. Can anyone assist? I have reinstalled the app and rebooted my iPhone 14 but no change.
