Sky protect app login failure

im a new customer to Sky Protect and have received the tech bundle. Have tried to login but get the following error:

Any ideas please?

Have you made sure the Sly protect app has been updated to the latest level.
If so, would suggest a reboot of your phone and try again.

Otherwised, would suggest contacting Sky using the call contact details in this article;

Did you find an answer to that error message. I have the same and using iPhone 14

I am also a new customer to Sky Protect and have received the tech bundle. Have tried to login but get the following error. Can anyone assist? I have reinstalled the app and rebooted my iPhone 14 but no change.

Has a solution to this been found? We too are new sky protect members and can't get in the app to start set up

Have same problem. Anyone have the answer they can post here as sky chat thing is awful and cannot get to speak to a human!
