I've upgraded my phone and want to change it on my sky protect device insurance - I think I have to phone sky to get this changed but will they ask me for policy number as I can't get logged into my account to find my policy number? The login page doesn't load as shown the video

If you cannot login to the app, so cannot use the messaging or contact email address, you will need to contact the Sky Protect team by clicking on the 'No, I still need help' link at the bottom of the page in the article linked below.
Select the 'Call Us' option, it will provide a phone number to ring.
