Doorbell constantly says unable to connect and takes several attempts to get it to show who was at the door.
wvery product is synced and working fine the app shows the camera there but when you click to view live feed or see any events it painfully loads then says unable to connect

@HeatherS49 you could try contacting Sky through the live chat on the app
