@SUSIE30 which Sky protect do you have the devises Sky protect run by Domestic & General or Sky protect home insurance they are different insurances is its the Sky protect Devices you need to contact Domestic  & General rather than Sky as it would be D&G who would arrange an engineer for you and promises an engineer in 24 Hours

Re: Sky Q box

Hi,

Many thanks for the info.

I have Sky Protect for my dish, Qbox T.V. and laptop.

I rang the number on the card Sky Protect gave me that says,  as I am a Sky Protect customer they would get an engineer out within 24 hours, and if they couldn't they would refund my subscription.... They are coming out but

it's not within 24 hours, more like 8 days.

@SUSIE30 if thats the case and D & G who rn the |Sky Protect devices insurance are not honouring what they told you i'd call them again and ask about it but you need to speak to D & G who deal with the Sky protect and not call Sky as Sky will only be able to give you the next available engineer
