How do you change your devices on Sky Protect

In the Sky Protect app, you can add or uninstall devices (Chime, video doorbell, contact sensors, motion sensors and leak sensors) by selecting Devices under Settings.

You can only change a device as above as a Primary user.

If you have created a secondary user for another member of your household, they cannot change devices.

 

If by device you mean you have changed to a different phone/tablet, just login to the Sky Protect app with your Sky email and password you currently use on your phone/tablet device and login. You do not need to remove the older phone/tablet, just log out of the Sky Protect app on it and login with either the Primary or Secondary email and password you were previously using.

You can run as a Primary user on multiole phones and tablets  at the same time, if you so wish..

 

A secondary user can do everything a primary user can except remove and add other users/devices (Chime, video doorbell, contact sensors, motion sensors and leak sensors) or change consent settings
