Sky Protect

Why has my Sky Protect been cancelled please? I called last week and made some changes to devices on my policy. Then today I received an email saying my policy has been cancelled? Thanks

Sounds like as you are asking about devices, so expect you mean the Sky Protect Device Insurance.

That email will be to cancel  your  old policy  as you have  made changes  and a new  policy  will have been set-up,  I did the same thing  in March  added another  device got an email  says thankyou for canceling  your  policy phoned them and my new policy  was set-up
