Hi,

does anyone know if using sky protect whether I'm obligated to use all products? We already have a video doorbell but want the insurance products including legal assistance etc as it's cheaper than others with SKYVIP.

 You are not. However, having evidence from these is always helpful in supporting a claim... but even if you do have recordings you are under no requirement to hand them over if you make a claim because it's your personal data. (this is also made clear in other parts of the documentation)
