Sky Protect phone line is not open even though its 9 15

I signed up for it yesterday but put in the wrong email and really need to sort it out as I can't log in to app ir anything.

Any help would be great!

@Susie31 They are closed today because of what is happening elsewhere today.

They are back open tomorrow from 9am-5pm and the same on Monday.
