I am unable to add either the Motion Sensor or Contact Sensor to my Sky Protect.
I have set up the doorbell and camera and both are working. I have plugged the Sensor Bridge into the camera and it has a solid blue light.
When I try to add either sensor they flash red but then do not connect to the Bridge.
I get the same with all sensors.
Any ideas what I can do?
Thanks, Andrew

I complained and found out its the sensor bridges some are faulty, new one sent out and all fixed.still dont rate the equipment, especially the doorcam, takes that long to connect that people have left before it get contacted, and the leak sensors constantly have high humidity alarm issue's.

My sensors are either 10-15 mins delayed or show open when closed and vice versa. When I first got the product it was class, now it's garbage

@Norbsey you could try removing the sensors from the app then adding them again to see if that helps

All the equipment is a bunch of junk. By the time its loaded, it's been about 10 minutes and you can watch yourself being robbed on a recorded video. According to the advert it's all worth over £250 yet I've got a new doorbell for £30 off amazon. You can get indoor cameras for about £20 and you can get 4 leak sensors from B&Q for £25. Full set up for £75 and they're all miles better than this crap.

Not had any issues with my chime/doorbell, indoor camera, the sensor bridge with two door sensors, motion sensor and three leak sensors.
They have all recorded, alerted and sent notifications on that time accuractly and all works fine with app at home and away from home in that set mode.
Recording from the doorbell is accurate and regularly records daily.
The battery on the doorbell with my regular recording lasts a month after a recharge.

What have you tried.
Removing the sensor bridge for a good ten minutes and more sometime wakes up the sensors again.
Rub your hand over the bottom of the leak sensors again to wake it up again.
Try watching the motion sensor YouTube video in the Sky Protect app under the ? Help section that shows how to reset the motion sensor with using the reset tool.
The batteries in your Motion Sensor and leak sensors should last between 12-18 months.
When the time comes to change them, you’ll need to do so safely. The Sky Protect app will notify you when the battery is ‘low’ and ‘critically low’. Maybe you had not noticed it in the app.
There’s no need normally to change the batteries unless you get either of these notifications, but you could try.
You can only open the battery cover with a small flathead screwdriver on the motion sensor.
