my indoor camera was working then stopped I disconnected it hoping to re connect and now won't connect been unplugged for a week tried again and still won't connect

I contacted Sky and told them that the in door camera stopped working during a firmware update, they sent a new one out, but then the bridging unit stopped working, so they sent a new one that was no better so sent the whole lot back to them. Because if your camera is not working or the bridging unit non of your sencors (leak, motion, or door sencors ) are working.

matt from sky protect said try this did try might not of got it right will keep trying.
Make sure the indoor camera is plugged into the mains (powered on)
press and hold the setup button on the base of the camera for 20-30 seconds until you hear a click sound (this is the camera rebooting after a reset)
Leave the camera for 2 minutes to reboot
Click the + icon and reinstall the Indoor Camera

Try the following;
Try the restart button in the app.
From indoor camera, select the gear icon top right and scroll down the page to select the restart button.
The camera will go offline and will reconnect, wait until the blue light appears.
Then remove the sensor bridge for at least a minute, replace it and wait for it to also to turn blue.
If that fails, within the app under devices, try the following;
Remove the sensor bridge from the indoor camera, then remove the power of the indoor camera and leave off power for ten minutes or more.
Power back the indoor camera and once its powered up, add the sensor bridge back and wait till the sesnor shows a blue light before checking all is ok on the app.
You may want to wake up your sensors again, by picking up the leak sensors and touching on the magnets until they beep and glow red, opening and closing the door sensors.. The hallway sensor should reactivate once you walk by it.

All I can say is I did all that and it would not reset, and if your camera don't work then nether will any of your sensors, Sky sent a new camera out but the bridging unit stopped working, so sent it all back to them it's a load of rubbish and not fit for purpose.

The get support button just goes to a 'something went wrong, content could not be loaded page' and has done since I got the equipment over 2 months ago. Helpful.
