I followed the advice from @lettice and contacted Support via email.
I was expecting this process to take days, but to my surprise I had an email reply within a couple of minutes!
After answering a few questions, it was decided that my camera is faulty and a new one will be sent out to me, and I should receive it in a few days.
I honestly couldn't believe how quickly Support got back to me, and how helpful they were.

I have had the same problem, mine stopped when it was updating firmware part the way through it stopped and now it will not conect to the wifi, have tried everything but still no joy. But as the carmera is not working neither is any of the sencors only the door bell, but thats another problem 10hrs to charge every week and then have to pair it up again with the chime.

Would suggest you email the Sky Protect team for support.
Do this.
Open the Sky protect app
Click on ? top right
Scroll down to bottom and click on the blue Support button
Click on Get in touch and you will see an email address there.

So I have had my issue resolved. I contacted sky support and they confirmed that the camera had "bricked"
if you turn it off for 10 minutes and turn it back on and the light remains yellow permanently then it has bricked,
they sent me a replacement that arrived yesterday, so all sorted, clearly it's a common issue as the sky support team sorted this out in under an hour of me emailing them

Have done that, and followed all there instruction still no joy, now waiting for someone who knows better thatn the rest of them LOL. but in the mean time the only part of the kit working is the door bell.

You've managed to do slightly better than me initially... my doorbell is in a box somewhere, it just wouldn't connect to the chime bit and was utterly useless so I'm not using that 🤣 you'd have thought they would have tested these thing meticulously before rolling them out

This system is not fit for the purpose, even after repslcement of a perticular item , in few day it crashis, i have ff 1gb internet and indoor camera in the same room yet it still cant find named network, wats that about!
Sky this very embaresing on your part, for a company that prides it self on technology this not good, someone needs to listen .

have contacted them sent out a new camera, set up np problem with it, only problem is the bridge won't conect the yellow light says on, and when it turns a solid blue light every time i try to add a sencoe it truns yellow again and the sencor will not conect.

Just to let you all know I have returned all the TEC back to SKY it's a load of rubbish and not fit for purpose.
