Just got it and working fine but now it's useless
tried everything but still unable to connect
even the video doorbell taking a long long one to connect even though I am at home and worse even at work ...any chance this can be changed by SKY? I now felt this is no use ...and think I shouldn't get this home insurance 😢😢😢

I'm having the same problem. Have tried all of the above and removed and reinstalled the app, all to no avail.
How do I contact technical? I can't find any information.

Hi , the doorbell syncs with the chime and says the mesaage set up complete, upon checking the app , keep vetting the try again error message, check internet connection. I have tried again keep getting g the same message in the app , done this several times lost count , now getting frustrated 😠, SKY sort this out seems to be an issue your end with the software . Otherwise will be cancelling the product and insurance within the cooling period.

I had to call sky who advised they have had many of these issues in the last week and my camera is being replaced

Same here, camera will only provide solid yellow light.
So no other sensors now work either due to this.
Might aswell cancel now

In the Sky protect app under the ? or support section you will find a Contact Us section.
There is an email address and a phone number.

Was your camera and sensors working fine before?
If so, suggest contacting the Sky protect team as I've mentioned in the post above this one.

Open the Sky protect app
Click on ? top right
Scroll down to bottom and click on the blue Support button
Click on Get in touch
