Sky Protect Auto-Arm. Wrong email, email already used

When choosing my pin location and radius on auto arm I press save. A window comes up with 'wrong email, email already used'. Subsequently, auto arm does not work. I'm on a samsumg s21, my partner has an old iPhone and this function works fine. Please can somebody help!

Yup...I get this message as well. Quite a glitch  !!!

I phoned the helpline and the guy on the other end escalated to Tech. It's a known bug which will be fixed at the end of December. Sky rang me back with an update later inthe evening which I was very impressed with!
