As @lettice has pointed out to me, the issue looks to have been resolved for them.

Can you all check for me and make sure it is for you as well please?

Thanks

Same, mine has stopped logging me out, but push notifications are a bit crap, and I still cannot view live feed or recorded video, so one step closer.

Re: Sky Protect App on Android - keep being logged out

Logging me out constantly is back.

They just sent a replacement doorbell as mine doesn't like cold but before trying to add it EVERYTHING (except the faulty door video and indoor camera) has gone offline. No door sensors, leak detector or motion sensor working.

Even if it didn't keep logging me out the system would still be useless.

Im at the point it all needs to go in the bin and I need to get rid of Sky. I'm bored of being a beta tester for a system that doesnt work yet.

Re: Can’t log in to protect app.

I have an iPhone and can't log in just get 414 error code , I can't set up my stuff so it's completely pointless think it's time to find another insurance company and use my existing ring camera

Re: Sky Protect App on Android - keep being logged out

Im about to complain about my 3rd indoor cam,1st one bricked itself,2nd one the sensor bridge bricked, this one got disconnected while sorting new tv wiring out and now it cant find wifi network. The doorbell battery doesnt even last a month in summer,so winter will kill it in a week.the whole system judt isnt worth it,think its time to phone and get rid of the tech and have a cost adjustment made.
