Hi there, I'm trying to login in to the Sky Protect app and i get
"We're sorry, something went went! Please try again later (Response status code was unacceptable 401.)"
Tried to reinstallling app but same issue.

Notice you have also posted in the other thread with others that have sign in issues.
Have reflagged the thread to Sky to have a look at, as a number of Sky Protect customers now seem to be getting the same or similar sign in issues.

I found if I enter my sky username that doesn't work. It needs to be the email address setup with the policy. It isn't clear at the login stage as it says username.

Hello everyone,
We're sorry you're having these issues when trying to use your Sky Protect App. The Superusers have raised this with me today and I've requested more information from the product team for Sky Protect and a solution.
I'll revert back once we've had a response.
