Setting up Sky Protect and App has error message!

I am setting up the door bell and I can not get the app to work 

 

I get error code 401 

 

very frustrating!

 

 

can anyone help at all please?

Assume you have tried rebooting your Android/Apple device and uninstalled and reinstalled the Sky Protect app.

Otherwise, as it sounds more like a possible account glitch, it might be worth contacting the Sky protect app support team by email;
Within the app, select the ?
Click on the blue support button
Select Get in touch
The email address and a support phone number are there.h
