SKY protect home insurance online contact
Hello
I have sky protect contents insurance and my mobile is covered. I lost it yesterday and put a claim in. I am indoors with no mobile phone and i just want to speak with an advisor to find out how long these claims take etc but i cant find a way of speaking to anyone online.
So stressed out

I believe claims are routinely processed by phone because it's increasingly the case that insurance companies want both a permanent voice recording and the option to run this through their analysis tools.
