SKY PROTECT / DOMESTIC AND GENERAL

i have sky protect and decided to add additional devices to my sky protect which is provided by domestic and general. i have recently sent and ipad to a third party repair agent through domestic and general and i was not happy the ipad cam back with scratches on the screen and the repair was not a very good one. i was then forced to send the ipad back to the same repair agent and domestic and general dont seem to care that an item has been damaged by the repair agent and that the original repair was poorly carried out. i hav contacted the ceo of domestic and general who doesnt seem to care and i have also contacted the listed ceo of sky protect who has failed to respond or comment on the situation. The ipad is currently still with domestic and generals repair agent who apparently has to do an investigation before anythign can happen but they have had the ipad for a while now and the ipad hasnt even been looked at. Please if taking out a policy with sky protect / domestic and general please make sure you take good photos of your device before sending the item off for repair otherwise any damage they cause they will not accept any liability for. luckily i made sure i took lots of photos before sending my device off. Sky should find a different insurer to endorse and find a better company to protect the customers devices.

I'd suggest that's extremely unlikely: it's a relationship which has been established for decades.  They might need a different repair shop, but that's different.
