Just got the protect stuff and camera driving me nuts by just repeating " ready to connect "

I'm having the same problem with the indoor camera. I have followed all the steps and amended my Wi-Fi to ensure it's connected with the correct networks
i believe the device is faulty; how do I get a replacement?

If you have followed all the steps in the app help guides, especially the 'Inddor camera troubleshooting guide' and its still not working, would suggest using the support button at the bottom of the help within the app and using the 'Send us a message' link to work with the Sky protect team to help.

I had a problem whereby the camera wanted to connect to the 5ghz WiFi. It needs to connect to the 2.4ghz WiFi.
When attempting to connect overtype the network with your 2.4ghz ID.
