Random Alerts

The other night I got around 30 alerts in the space of 20 minutes. The first that someone was seen near the door, the second that the bell had been pushed the third that the doorbell had been removed. This was continuing alerts for the whole time. Everything at home checked out ok so no trespassing but now my doorbell doesn't work properly. I can see a live view but none of the recordings are there.  The indoor camera has also stopped working (no alerts set up on this one) it won't connect. I think it is all related but no idea how to solve the problem. I've tried rebooting it but says it can only be done many not via the app....but I can't find any instructions how to do this. I end up circling back to the same help which isn't for what I need....any ideas welcome because I am beyond frustrated with it now. The whole idea was to give us extra protection and safety but right now it's a glorified doorbell

Sounds like you have a few problems.
For the doorbell. try removing it and turn it off via the switch at the back, next to the usb charging point under the flap, leaving off for at least ten minutes.

For your indoor camera.
Are your leak sensors, and contact sensors all showing as on in the app?

If the sensors are not working, remove the sensor form the back of the indoor camera and leave out for a few minutes or until the next step is complete.

Remove the usb power cable from the indoor cable and leave out for a few minutes.
Put the usb cable back in and let the inddor camera connect, a solid blue light.
Then, replace your sensor into the rear of the indoor camera.
Start the app and see if the camera is now on, plus go round to the motion sensor, each door and leak sensors and walk past the motion sensor, and open/close doors for the door sensors. For the leak sensor, place the palm of your hand under each sensor over the metal sensors,  to wake them up, you will see the red light on the sensor flash.
The app will show alerts that the leak sensor detected it was wet/damp and then dry. In the app respond to the alert and click on false alert.

That should put it all back to running normally.

Re: Random Alerts

I woke up this morning to 15 alerts saying someone has someone has tampered with it which was not the case. If someone did they would have it because it falls out by itslef so would be easy to take lol.

Did you "fix" yours?
