After a police incident I have tried to Share a recorded video from my doorbell camera but it keeps saying that it's unable to share it. I also no longer have the Live View facility on either my doorbell camera or my indoor camera. Not sure if it's all connected. My Internet connection is fine and all my plugs/wires are connected correctly.

Does it let you share it any other way like selecting download to your device?
You can also take a screenshoty in the app of anything the video is showing. Or suppose you could just take a few of the video at points that may help.

The videos are kept on the cloud.
So unless you delete them from your account via the Sky protect app they will still be there, even if your camera is not connecting.
In the Sky Protect app, when you click on your doorbell camera (ignoring no live connection) and select the saved coud video to share, what kind of error are you getting?
The list of cloud recorded videos should be avaialble even if the camera is not showing a live view or not.
Sounds like later you will though have to re setup your video doorbell connection to the Chime again.
Follow the app help for that.
Is your Chime showing a blue light?

When I am clicking on Share, choosing WhatsApp there is a message coming up that says 'Can't share this video, choose another one' .
The chime light is a solid blue colour.

I've been able to email the video to myself so it seems to be just WhatsApp that has a problem.

It maybe the video file was too large in size (mbs) for WhatsApp
email can handle much larger file sizes ....
