Phone call said to be from bank but the number they ring from is when we did a who calle

Phone call from a computer said to be from bank.When we did a who called on comes up as a sky number

Your wife did the right thing, if you are unsure about any call hang up and never give any personal or financial details away.

My wife hung up as it was a computer and was on about bank details ask to press keys but did not do anything
