Not getting notifications on my phone from video doorbell

Hi. I'm not getting any notifications on my phone when doorbell is pressed. Yes my phone is set to allow notifications. Can anyone please help. Without notifications it's a pointless bit of kit.

You need to turn on Push notifications within the app for the Video doorbell, it's under the settings cog in the Sky Protect app.

Push notifications are already on. I've tried everything, I've also reinstalled the doorbell

Can you try the following;

 

Sign out and in of the Sky Protect app. Turn the notification button off/on in the Sky Proect app for the doorbell.

Power off the chime and leave off power for about ten minutes.

Once chime has reconnected to your router, remove the doorbell and switch it off also for at least ten minutes, with the switch under the flap on the rear.

Once the doorbell  has reconnected to the chime, restart your Android/Apple device that you run the Sky Protect app on.
