Not able to reset password
I forgot my sky protect password but i am not able to reset it when i did forgot password i have entered my email but in that email when i am doing reset password again login page is opening so please send me a proper link to my email address

Your Sky protect userid and password on the Sky Protect app is your skyid that you use to login to your TV, broadband or mobile account via MySky to look at your billing and the like.
Can you login to your MySky account via the MySky app or MySky online with your skyid?
