New user for sky protext
We are new to the sky protect. We are having trouble with all the settings. We are not tech savvy. I have tried lots of different things. If we put motion in front door it picks up everyone passing by causing our chime to go off! I turned motion off and we didn't hear doorbell! Doorbell is at highest volume but we never hear the doorbell! Motion is going off in the house when we know no one is in that area! We got rid of our ring doorbell and now I'm deeply regretting it!

Sounds like you need some tweaks around the activity zone for your video doorbell.
Have a read of this Sky help article on activity zone under the troubleshooting section.
