Network controls
I have called 3 /4 occasions over 3 montjs and the india call centre promise to remove it but nothing happens i even tried card details to remove but it does not work on app. British call centres were excellent and resolved issue fast hence staying with sky . No way to chat to someone online aswell can someone in sky help

What 'network controls' are you referring to?
Your post doesn't appear to be related to Sky Protect Device Insurance or Home Insurance, which are the topics of this forum.

It's what happens when a company try's to save money... they'll lost more customer in the long run. Customer service has been awful since they have shut down most of their uk call centres.
