My sky protect indoor camera and door bell are not sending notification of movement despite being armed. I have checked the app and notifications are on. I have removed and reinstalled the app but still nothing. Also the door bell will not be updated by firmware. Tried twice and nothing.

For the past 2 days notifications have stopped on my phone. I've reinstalled the app, reset the doorbell, chime and indoor camera and a still no notifications.

I spoke to someone at sky. All down as there is a 'bug'. Could be down for days! Can't even view the insurance policy. Pretty poor for a large company.

Not great for the security of your home when you're out. 

Well at least now I know it's a bug I can stop messing about with it.

Yes, started getting notifications come through about an hour ago.
