Have you tried turning it off for say ten minutes?

If so, is it connecting to your router?

Hello there @Rt2fff 
Have you tried restarting the camera and checking the power and all connections? Make sure that your app and firmware are up-to-date, and check the camera settings once again. If you have more queries, contact customer support.
