A fault showed up on the system checker and I was asked to contact them . A visit was arranged for anengineer to visit

We had notification of a nooked appointment to try and resolve a broadband issue but despite rescheduking all
my appointments for the day to accommodate the appointment the engineer failed to attend (again). Extremely frustrated!!!

Presumably not a Sky Protect issue though: neither insurance scheme covers broadband.
