Keep getting logged out of app

Seriously sick of getting logged out of the app , absolutely pointless in having it , i get a notification that someone is at the front door , go to open the app i have to log back in and by that time the person has gone ! I've had to resort to putting a note back on the door for deliveries ! Can anyone help please 🙏🏼 thank you

Sorry can't help but this has been happening to me too, but only recently.

Can't figure out why as it doesn't seem to have been updated.

We have seen this before with some customers.

In the app, under the ? Or settings in the contact us is an email address.

Contact the Sky Protect team using that to see if they can help.

The app keeps logging me out every few hours, this means I don't get the push notifications or the auto arming doesn't track - I have ticked the box under sign in to keep me logged in and tried a few fixes from google (made sure VPN isn't on etc.) nothing seems to work and it's pointless having this system if the app isn't working for notifications
