Hello, I hope somebody can help. Have tried phoning the tech team but I just kerp getting transfered to various departments and then cut off. My sky doorbell is not connecting to my sky door chimes. It keeps saying there is an error with internet connection, however there is nothing wrong with my internet, I have even had a sky engineer come out to check.

Hi.
I have only been trying to set up my doorbell and chime since Monday, but have had the same issues.
I have managed to connect the Chime and Doorbell, but got no live video as yet.
Did you down load the app from google play or the QR code inside the box? if you got the app from
Google play, uninstall it and scan the code and open the link and then install it. I know it sounds crazy
But in the app from google play when the Chime and Doorbell was trying to sinc on the app it only came
Up for Nine seconds ,on the app from the QR CODE it serches for 90 seconds and that gives it more time to pair. I also pressed the sink button on the router, whether that helped or not I do not know but it worked. I can get the ring from the Chime and the Doorbell. I have read several posts and there Seems to be a lot of differant problems with the Chime and Doorbell. the other sensors and camera
Had no problems at all setting up. I made the mistake in switching the camera off, which intern shut off
The WI-FI signel to the sensors as ther is a sensor that fits to the back of the camera that must Control The rest of the sensors,when the camera was switched back on it conected or the sensors back online.
