My video doorbell shows live feed ok and chime works but although I get a notification I cannot see video of who is at my door. Any advice? When I press the play button on notifications it says cannot connect to your device.

You'll need to contact the Live help team on the Protect App, they'll be able to assist you with the connection errors.

I am getting the opposite i can't get live feed to show but i can replay alerts !!!

I deleted everything and started again. I installed everything again on my phone only and it worked perfectly. I then invited my husband to be a second user....initially we both joined at the same time. He was added and system now working fine. Hope you can get yours sorted out soon too.

New user.
Connects fine but no image.
Tried the 2.4 / 5 advise. Rebooted removed over and over and still not working.
Any further suggestions?

All i keep getting told is keep trying ? i finally got it to work but after about an hour i got the same issue and then the battery died (it is now sitting on my sideboard)

I currently have the same issue no live feed but records alerts. Rebooted removed and re added still nothing
